Nice IHOP. Was promptly seated, they didnt have any inside tables available, so I sat at the patio. It wasnt a hot day, so that was OK. Our server was a nice young lady, whose name I cant recall, and she was very helpful and friendly. I ordered one of my favorite items from the IHOP menu, the Strawberry Banana French Toast, which is absolutely delicious and I totally recommend. God, I wish we had IHOPs in Brazil!

Worst ihop I've ever been too. They are not attentive at all. My order came back wrong twice and still wasn't offered anything for it. When I told the waitress that my eggs weren't over hard she took the plate to the kitchen and brought it back soft again. Horrible service. They take years to come back and some don't even come around to check on u or refill drinks.

Extremely rude staff, dirty restaurant, very noisy. Waiter actually asked me how much longer I was going to be after 30 minutes so he could seat someone else at my table. So unprofessional.

Great service, the food came out quick. Nothing fancy just a quick spot to grab some yummy pancakes. We walked in and were able to sit right away and the food came shortly after.

Clean, with a patio and above all very welcoming service by Timmy. He served us for about five minutes before his shift ended and left such a great impression I had to give this ihop 5 starts for hospitality alone. Great way to start the day

Fantastic ihop! I Haven't gone to ihop in years and was so impressed and pleased with this one! Friendly wait staff, clean location, no wait to be seated on a saturday morning. The menu is wonderfully easy to read, so full of selections that looked delicious and pleased when served. I am extremely satisfied with the service, food and experience at this IHOP. I am now going to be a repeat customer!

I am a diner kind of girl. I've just arrived in Miami and have yet to search out good greasy spoons...so we headed to IHOP. We were kindly greeted and seated quickly. I turned my head to gaze out of the window only to find a huge fly about a foot from my face. A few of his friends were not far away. We did what any irate customer would have done...moved tables (sarcasm, people). Still don't know why we didn't run out the door. The meals were mediocre, small and over priced. According to my husband, the whole wheat french toast is garbage. The highlight of the meal was the coffee. Until we find the perfect diner...Dennys 4Evah!

Having to wake at the most unholy hour of 7a.m. on a Saturday was bad enough, getting stuck in I-95 traffic reduced to one lane at the Golden Glades intersection at 8:15a.m. on a Saturday morning whilst trying to reach the Palmetto Expressway was another. Having your heartstrings tugged at the Miami-Dade Animal Shelter while dropping off a puppy to get spayed, quite another. What else could possibly go wrong. Pulling off the Palmetto, still with the stench of death and despair in our nostrils from the shelter, myself and my friend and our three kids decided to treat ourselves to breakfast out. Besides, at this stage, I was at least three cups of coffee short, and not even a drop of water had crossed my lips. Well, our dogs and my friend's skunk had a nice lunch, because our breakfast was really really yucky. As a matter of fact, my notoriously picky youngest was the only one who ate everything. The restaurant has to be the smallest Ihop EVER or at least I have ever been in. Could it be a double wide disguised as a restaurant? We had to wait about 10 mins for a table (which we should have spent that time driving somewhere else). During this waiting time there was a lady waiting for her take out and due to some genius planning, the warming counter for the wait staff is RIGHT INSIDE THE FRONT DOOR. So you have all this congestion in the middle of the restaurant as you walk in the door. Then, we got this corner booth for five of us where I was sitting on the grandma's knee at the table next door. We were so ravenous at this stage we could have been happy sitting on the roof, but we did get moved to a more spacious table when the hostess realized just how freaking ridiculous it was. The order was pretty simple. Eggs Benedict, Biscuits with Sausage Gravy and Sausages, Egg whites scrambled with bacon. Smiley face thingy pancakes (all gobbled up). Eggs and Potatoes were delivered at least 10 minutes before the biscuits and gravy. Everything came in bits and pieces as it was put up on the warming counter. Oh did I say warming counter? The food was lukewarm at best. I can only say that the biscuits and gravy were the runniest grayest looking sad specimens I have ever seen in my whole entire life. I could count on my fingers exactly how many sausage pieces were in there. The Hollandaise sauce on the Eggs Benedict was abysmal to say the least. It was definitely curdled and even the waitress commented on how runny it was (jeez, why serve it if you know it's wrong). The second batch of Hollandaise was just as curdled, but thicker. The only saving grace at this stage was the coffee.

MAN, What a difference from the last time I was there. I ordered 3 pancakes with 4 strips of bacon and a hot tea. Total over $10.. When the server put the meal down in front of me, I thought "Is that it?" The pancakes have shrunk from nice big 7 inchers to about 4 1/2 inchers. At this rate I was glad the bacon was still a whole strip and not a half. I heard that Subway had not increased their prices due to inflation but had reduced the quantity of meat on a sub by 25% instead. I guess IHOP has followed suit, along with increasing their prices. Too bad. I will not be back.

I have been eating at the North Miami Beach IHOP for almost 50 years. The food and service are always great and they have the best pancakes in town. Their prices are low and they have many nice items on the menu. I give them a 5 star excellent rating. By Gregg L. Friedman MD

Love the food, but when this place only has a few people in it, they keep it freezing. So bring a jacket !!

This IHOP is almost shaped like a triangle. Literally, it was a small triangle and looked cute. Judging from that, it wasn't a big space when we walked in. Since I did not want to keep eating at Denny's and it was on our way to Walmart, Ralph and I decided to have our quick brunch here. I went with the breakfast meal of course.. Maybe it was the server, but the service was sure quick! She also kept filling out water and handed out napkins that we didn't have to beg for. They had didn't have exactly whole wheat pancakes for my fiance whom got cured from his diabetes (but does act like a diabetic to prevent getting it back), but he didn't have to force himself to get a regular. He found Harvest Grain N Nut Pancakes on the menu and IHOP had sugar free syrup available for him. I went with the Quick Two-Egg Breakfast, that also came with two bacon strips, plus hash browns and toast. It was so fullfilling in the end when I also went for the Danish fruit crepe with blueberry compote. As their motto says, "Come Hungry, Leave Happy" and that's for sure!
